摘要
本文从社会发展对高等教育的需求角度 ,分析了高校在教学中存在的弊端 ,探讨了加强高校教师现代教育技术技能培养的必要性 ,指出了高校教师应掌握的现代教育技术的基本内容 .对加快高校的人才培养步伐 ,扩大办学规模 ,提高教学质量 ,有着重要的现实意义 .
This paper stated the essential content of modern education technology that teachers in higher learning institutions should master. It also analysed the necessity of reinforcing the teacher′s cultivation and the abuses existed in teaching. Its practical significance lies in helping to speed up the steps of cultivation,enlarging the scale of colleges and nuiversities,and improving the the quality of teaching.
