摘要
建立在DNA基础之上的分子标记是继形态标记、细胞标记、生化标记之后发展起来的一种较为理想的遗传标记方法 ,近年来发展迅速。
s: Compared with morphological, cytological and biochemical marker techniques, the molecular marker technique on the basis of DNA is an ideal genetic marking method. It has developed very rapidly in recent years. This paper introduced the development of molecular markers in genetics and their application in plant breeding.
