摘要
对不同年度采收的白菜、萝卜、尖椒种子采用吸湿培养法、玻板直立发芽法、盆栽出苗法测试了发芽率、生活力和出苗状况。结果表明 :白菜、萝卜、尖椒种子贮存时间的长短与种子的发芽率、出苗率成反相关。白菜、萝卜种子存放 5年虽然仍有 80 %的发芽率 ,但是正常苗数已大幅度下降 ,出苗率 <4 0 % ;存放 5年的尖椒种子发芽率只有 2 0 %多 ,出苗率仅为 2 0 %。
Germination, vigor and seedling emergence of Chinese cabbage, radish and hot pepper seeds harvested in different years were investigated by hygroscopic culture, glass plate vertical germination and pot culture methods. The results showed that germination and vigor of the vegetable seeds declined as the seed storage time was prolonged. The germination rates of Chinese cabbage and radish seeds stored for 5 years reached 80%, but their seedling emergence rates were only less than 40%; The germination rate of hot pepper seed stored for 5 years was 26%, but the seedling emergence rate was only 20%.
