摘要
西部大开发与西部地区高等教育的发展是一个互动过程。西部地区高等教育的发展应该立足西部 ,面向西部 ,放眼世界 ,走多元化办学 ,多层次发展的道路 ,为西部大开发服务 ,也从中提升和发展自己。
The opening-up of the West of China and development of its high education interact in relation and process. The emphasis of the high education in the west should be placed on facing the whole world, plural-forms of running schools in order to serve the opening-up of the west and develop us.
