摘要
从受精子房体积膨大和粒重 2个方面研究两系亚种间杂交稻新组合两优培九的籽粒灌浆特性。结果表明 :1开花日序与受精子房体积膨大速度、饱满粒的充实度、单粒平均粒重均呈极显著负相关关系。 2两优培九的受精子房体积膨大速度和粒重增加速率均比汕优 63慢 ,单粒平均粒重和充实度也比汕优 63低。 3施用粒肥、剪叶或疏花主要通过改变弱势粒的子房膨大速度来影响粒重的增加速率、粒重和充实度 ,施用粒肥和疏花后两优培九的单粒平均粒重和充实度明显提高 。
The characteristics of grain filling of two line intersubspecific hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu were studied from the swell rate of the volume of the fertilized ovary and the grain dry weight. The results were listed as follows: ① The order of flowering significantly and negatively correlated with the swell rate of the volume of the fertilized ovary, the grain plumpness and the average grain weight of single grain. ② The swell rate of the volume of the fertilized ovary and the grain dry weight of Liangyoupeijiu are lower than Shanyou 63, the average grain weight and the grain plumpness are also lower than Shanyou 63. ③ Applying grain fertilizer, cutting 2/3 per leaves of the three leave under head, removing half spikelets at early heading stage can markedly affect the filling rate, the plumpness and the weight of the grains through changing the swell rate of the weak grains fertilized ovary. Applying grain fertilizer or removing half spikelets can significantly increase the plumpness of grain and the grain weight, but the results of cutting leaves were reversed.
