摘要
对于环形流道,流速分布受两个圆筒壁面的影响,最大流速位置必然出现在内径和外径之间,通过对环形通道分区域受力分析,得出分区域的速度分布公式,并根据连续性原理,最大速度只有一个,推导出最大速度位置、平均速度,进而得出摩擦系数计算式中常数的计算公式,并通过极限验证了公式的正确性,得出了流体在平行板间流动时 M=96的结论。
For ring-shape-channel,velocity distributing of flow is affected by two cylinders,the loca- tion of max-velocity cannot but present between inner-diameter and outer-diameter.Via sub-area bearing- force-analysis in ring-shape-channel,comes out a sub-area velocity-distributing formula.Basing on continu- ity-principle,max-velocity is only one,and the location of max-velonity,and average-velocity are derivated; moreover,the invariable calculation formula of friction-modulus are worked out.Via seeking limit,we vali- date the correctness of the formulas,and reach the conclusion of M=96 when fluid flowing between par- alle-board.
