摘要
在说明了广东是能源消费的最大省份之后 ,介绍了我国和广东风力发电的现状、广东的风能资源情况和开发的优势 ,分析了风力发电如何产业化的政策、策略 ,指出了存在问题 。
The paper points out that Guangdong is the largest energy-consuming province in China and illustrates the present situation of wind-power generation, wind energy resources and advantages in Guangdong and China. The paper analyses the policy and strategy of wind-power generation industrialization and constraints imposed to the industry, and proposes some solutions to further development of the industry.
