摘要
本文提出中国电信通信企业经营业绩评价的核心是经营效益的观点，并设计其评价指标体系 的理论框架、计算公式及内涵说明，研究适合评价电信通信企业经营效益的数量方法。
This paper explains the core of the performance evaluation pf telecommunication corporation is management benefit. The theoretical frame and calcukating ways of building index system are presented.The quantitative expressions are developed for evaluating the management benefit of telecommunication corporation.
