进入90年代以来 ,新加坡、马来西亚两国电信业开始放松管制 ,进行以私有化、自由化为主要方向的改革 ,对外开放步伐不断加快。两国政府和国内电信公司为应对开放并参与全球竞争 ,采取了各种行之有效的措施 。
Since the 1990s, Singapore and Malaysia have started telecom deregulation and quickened the pace of privatization and liberalization. The governments and domestic telecom companies have taken various tried and true measures to enhance the competitiveness of telecom industry under the global competition environment.
