摘要
对珠江三角洲经济区水环境现状和污染源进行了分析 ,指出生活污染是当前最大的污染源 .首次提出了用于宏观评价水资源承载力和水环境可持续性的“水资源质量损失系数”、“水资源质量修复系数”和“水资源质量损失量”的概念及计算方法 ,据此预算了 2 0 0 2、2 0 10和 2 0 2 0年珠江三角洲经济区水资源净损失量分别达 0 95、1 41和 1 70亿m3 ,相当于该区约 73 4、10 1 4和 116 2万人口年生活用水总量 .各市现状水环境质量优劣排序是江门、肇庆、惠州、佛山、深圳、珠海、广州。
On the basis of analysis of water environment status and pollution sources it is suggest that the domestic sewage is regarded as the most primary pollution source in the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone in present. New concepts of “the damage coefficient”, “the rehabilitation coefficient” of water resources for quality and “the damage volume of water resources for quality” are proposed to be used to assess macroscopically the bearing capacity of water resources and sustainability of water environment. The results calculated indicated that the damage volumes of water resources for quality will be up to 95\^2, 140\^7 and 169\^7 million m\+3 in 2002, 2010 and 2020, which can be used by population of about 0\^73, 1\^01 and 1\^16 million for one year, respectively. The sort order of the water environmental quality from higher to lower is Jiangmen>Zhaoqing>Huizhou>Foshan>Shenzhen>Zhuhai>Guangzhou>Zhongshan>Dongguan.
