摘要
本文对94例接铅作业工人(接铅组)和31例非毒物接触的健康工人(对照组)NCV 测定发现:接铅组正中神经SCV 和MCV 较对照组明显减慢。NCV 异常检出率与尿铅水平和空气铅浓度有一定关系。在尿铅含量不高或接铅浓度并未超过国家标准的铅作业工人中,NCV 测定己有22.4%和13.5%显示异常。结果表明:NCV 的改变明显早于慢性铅中毒临床症状的出现;NCV 的测定对于慢性铅中毒的诊断具有一定意义。
Measurement of nerve conduction velocity (NCV)in 94 workers
exposed to lead (exposure group)and 31 workers not exposed to any toxic agents
(control group)showed that median sensory conduction velocity(SCV)and
motor conduction velocity (MCV)in the exposure group wete markedly lower
than those of the control group.There was (?) relgtionship between the concentration
of urinary lead and air lead and abnormal detectable rate of NCV,which,
however,was about 22.4% in workers with normal concentration of urinary lead
and 15.3% in those exposed to normal threshold of air lead.The results showed
that the chang(?)s of NCV were markedly earlier than clini al symptoms in the
condition of chronic lead poisoning and that measurement of NCV may contribute
to the carly diagnosis of chronic lead poisoning.
