摘要
水资源严重缺乏和严重污染构成的水危机已制约着各国的经济、社会等方面的发展。水资源是不完全可再生的资源,如何对其进行统一的管理和优化利用就显得尤为重要。为此,本文对不同区域的优化水资源管理建立了相应的数学模型,并做了定性分析,以期能为区域经济与水资源利用的协调发展提供决策手段。
Serious shortage and pollution of water resource are threatening all countries in the world and gradually restricting their economic and social development. As water resource is an incompletely regenerating resource, it is important to exercise a unified management and utilization. This paper poses mathematical models for the optimization management of water resources in different regions of this country and performs some corresponding quantitive analyses for the purpose of providing decision-making means in coordinative development of regional economy and water resource utilization.
