摘要
边界润滑状态时铁磁流体的摩擦系数在直流电场作用下发生有规律的变化 .本文根据直流电流产生的电场和磁场对边界润滑状态下铁磁流体摩擦力的不同作用 ,提出了电场控制摩擦系数的作用机理 ,进行了测量摩擦副间法向相对微小位移的实验 .测量结果验证了机理分析的正确性 .
The friction coefficient of ferromagnetic flow under boundary lubrication exhibits regular change in the presence of applied direct electric fields. The diverse effect of electric potential and magnetic field generated by direct electric current on the friction of ferromagnetic flow under boundary lubrication was investigated, and control mechanism of electric field acting on friction coefficient was proposed. An experiment to measure the micro displacement between the contacting surface of both pin and disk was conducted. The results of measurement verify the validity of proposed mechanism.
