摘要
利用一种高速液体喷射装置 ,采用阴影和脉冲 X射线成像技术 ,研究高压环境中高速液体射流的破碎雾化特性 .建立了喷雾的颗粒轨道模型 ,进行了数值模拟计算 ,得到了喷雾的空间分布和气相流场的速度分布 .在模型中 ,气相流场在欧拉坐标系中按单元控制体将方程积分 ,构造差分方程 ;液滴在拉格朗日坐标系中考虑其动量。
Experimental and theoretical studies were undertaken in order to simulate systematically the liquid injection, breakup processes inside high-pressure gas. In regenerative liquid propellant guns (RLPG), the breakup and atomization affect the control of RLPG interior ballistics. This paper used a new type of experimental device for the simulation of the liquid injection and atomization processes system. This system studied the liquid jet sprays. Radiography of liquid injection provides valuable information on the jet development, structure, propagation and disintegration. This paper presents and axis symmetrical particle trajectory model for the sprays, and come the results of its velocity disturbance. The numerical calculation results of sprays were carried out.
