摘要 为探讨峡部裂对腰椎水平面稳定性的影响 ,将取自 6具新鲜尸体标本的 1 1个脊柱功能单位 (FSU)分别在完整状态和峡部裂状态下进行剪切应力加载实验。结果 :峡部裂较完整FSU水平稳定性显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 )。提示 :峡部裂使腰椎失稳 ,抗剪切力能力下降 。 Human cadaveric spines were used to determine sagittal horizontal stability of spondylolysis. Eleven FSU got from six fresh cadaveric human spines were tested for intact FSU and spondylolysis by using shear force. Spondylolysis was significantly less stable than the intact spine( P <0.01). Spondylolysis makes lumbar spine unstable, reduces its ability to withstand the shear force, and mades it prone to slipper.
