摘要
以钛基二氧化铅电极 (Ti/Pb O2 )为阳极 ,在硫酸水溶液介质中 ,电解氧化 4 -甲基吡啶合成异烟酸。最佳合成条件 :硫酸浓度为 2 .80 mol/L,4 -甲基吡啶浓度为 0 .60 mol/L,电解电流密度为 80 m A/cm2 ,温度 60℃。在此条件下 ,4 -甲基吡啶的转化率为 64 .6% ,电流效率 67%。产物纯度为 97.7%。
The isoniacin(4 picolinic acid)was electrochemically synthesized from 4 methylpyridine in aqueous sulfuric acid solution using Ti/PbO 2 as anode.The appropriate synthesis conditions that the H 2SO 4 concentration was 2.80 mol/L,the 4 methylpyridine concentration was 0 60 mol/L,the electrolytic current was 80 mA/cm 2 and the temperature was 60℃.The conversion rate of 4 methylpyridine,the current efficiency and the purity of 4 picolinic acid were 64.6%,67%,and 97 7%,respectively.
