In multi phase reaction systems the crystal type and particle size of precipitated CaCO 3 influenced by reaction temperature, concentration of CO 2 and stirring rate are discussed. The variation of carbonation rate and electric conductivity of the reaction solution were measured in reaction process. This experiment shows that it can obtain cubic type CaCO 3 below 30°C and spindle type CaCO 3 over 30°C.
