摘要
网络贸易主要是指近年来电子商务和信息网络贸易方式的兴起和发展。电子商务和信息网络贸易正在掀起国际贸易领域里一场新的革命 ,它使国际交易市场和国际贸易经营主体发生了重大变化 ,出现了“虚拟市场”和“虚拟公司” ,并突破了国家和地区间设置的各种障碍 ,使国际贸易走向无国界贸易。这种新型国际贸易方式不仅对传统国际贸易理论、跨国公司理论和国际贸易法规提出了新的思考和挑战 。
Network trade mainly means the modes of electronic business and network transaction, which have just occurred and developed in recent years. Electronic business and network transaction now have started a new revolution in the field of international trade, which made great changes to the modes and main bodies of international market trade, even occurred 'fictitious market' and 'fictitious companies'. It also breaks the various obstacles designed between countries and regions, and makes international trade going beyond boundaries of the country. These new types of international trade mode also challenge to the traditional international trade theories, traditional multi company theories, and traditional international trade regulations as well.
