摘要
超临界流体 (SCF)作为反应的中间媒介目前受到极大的关注。本文对SCF反应技术应用于天然气化工的有关情况作了评述。SCF兼具气、液两相特性 ,对改善化学工程上传统的传质、传热过程以及反应的热力学平衡与选择性均有重要意义。文中讨论了在SCF中进行F -T合成和以合成气为原料制备甲醇、低碳醇的工艺 ,通常把SCF的这类应用称为“反应 -分离一体化”(RSIPR)。在天然气化工上应用RSIPR工艺是一个值得探索的技术开发方向。
Supercritical fluids (SCF) make great attraction as media for chemical reaction at present.The applications of SCF in natural gas chemical conversion are commended.SCF possesses the characters of gas phase and liquid phase so that it is meaning to improve traditional mass and heat transfer as well as thermodynamic equilibrium and selectivity in chemical engineering.The process of F-T synthesis and producing methanol and higher alcohols from syngas are discussed.Normally speaking,applications of SCF are named RSIPR(Reactor System of Interstage Product Resoval).It is worth while applying RSIPR in developing aspect of natural gas chemical conversion.
