摘要
实验测试了疏水缔合两性聚合物NAPs水溶液在大庆油层条件下通过孔隙介质渗流时的阻力系数、残余阻力系数和有效粘度 ,并与大庆自产聚合物HPAM的相应值进行了比较。实验结果表明 ,在大庆油层条件下 ,NAPs水溶液的有效粘度比HPAM的大 2 2 .3%— 38.7%。聚合物驱过程中有效粘度的最佳发挥 ,对提高采收率具有十分重要的意义。有效粘度不仅取决于聚合物浓度和孔隙结构性质 ,而且取决于聚合物分子结构特性 。
The flow properties of aqueous solutions of an amphoteric hydrophobically associating polymer, NAPs, in produced water( TSD =4 000 ppm) through reservoir cores from Daqing at 45℃(typical temperature in reservoir strata at Daqing) are investigated in comparision with that of a commercial polymer HPAM and the values of their effective viscosity, μ ef , resistance and residual resistance factors, F R and F RR , are determined from the experimental data obtained by using Darcy's equation. It is shown that the μ ef values for NAPs are larger by 22.3—38.7% than that for HPAM; the increase in μ ef owing to increase in polymer concentration(from 700 to 1 000 ppm) is higher for NAPs than that for HPAM. These phenonema are explained by the effect of hydrophobical association of NAPs molecules in aqueous solution.
