摘要
我国国有煤炭企业大多处在现代公司化改制进程中。由于历史遗留问题以及经济转轨时期的一些制度性原因 ,企业的治理模式存在许多问题。我们必须对此加以研究 ,改善我国国有煤炭企业集团的公司治理 。
In the process of establishing modern enterprise system,many problems exist in the corporate governance of state owned coal enterprise,because of the historical problems and some economic system factors. It must be studied in order to improve the corporate governance and advance the building of modern enterprise system of state owned coal enterprise groups.
