摘要
探讨网络信息环境对传统图书馆信息资源建设的冲击与影响，提出网络环境下图书馆信息资源建设的对策是以转变观念为切入点，优化馆藏结构，加大电子文献的收集，建设好书目数据库，开发网络资源，构建虚拟馆藏，实现资源共享。
The paper discusses the impact and effect produced by network information environment on the construction of conventional library information resources, proposes the strategy aimed at the construction of library information resources depending on network environment and, encouraged by updated concepts, introduces how to change or optimize a library collection structure, enlarge the collection of electronic literature, improve a bibliography database, develop network resources and start a virtual library collection so as to enable sharing resources.
