摘要
探讨绿色社会经济控制系统的基本原则、控制机理及高标定位等问题。绿色社会经济控制系统 ,是相对于传统非可持续性经济控制系统而言的。与传统非可持续性经济控制系统有所不同 ,该系统将遵循系统整体、生态伦理、复合控制目标等原则进行控制与运作。就控制机理而言 ,绿色社会经济控制系统 ,它将区别于传统“经济人”抑或“经济—社会人”假设前提的单维和二维向量的控制结构 ,而是以与经济—社会—生态复合目标相同构的三维结构 ,对现实社会经济活动进行控制与运作。与此相一致 ,“高标定位”将使该系统具有确定的标准和赋值 。
The author discussed the basic principle,control mechanism and benchmarking of green social economic control system.The green social economic control system is so termed against the traditional non sustainable economic control system.Different from the traditional non sustainable economic control system,the green social economic control system controls and runs by the principles of system as a whole,ecoethic,and combined control target.As far as the traditional“economic people”or“economic and social people”hypothesis premise of one dimensional and two dimensional vector control structure,will control and run the existing social economic activities in a three dimensional structure of economy—society—ecology combined target.Consistent with this,“benchmarking”will make the system have fixed standard and added value and make the operational control and running become practical as well.
