摘要
以模糊聚类分析原理为基础 ,按区域水资源的几个重要指标 :年降水总量、年河川径流总量、年地下水总量、年水资源总量和产水模数 ,对全国 2 9个省、市和自治区进行模糊聚类 ,根据F分布确定最佳阈值λ ,考虑实际情况将区域分成了 7类 ,对政府的经济决策及水资源的科学研究都很有意义 .
Based on the principle of fuzzy cluster analysis, this paper clusters the 29 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and autonomous regions in China according to four important indexes of water resource in a region, annual flow, annual total quantity of grounder-water, per capita water resource and runoff yield per unit area. The best threshold value, \$λ\$,is determined in terms of \$F\$-statistic. Under the situation of taking real condition into account, all regions are grouped into 7 categories.
