摘要
中国改革开放是在特殊的历史条件和背景下发生和展开的 ,围绕着从计划经济到市场经济的转变这一发展主线 ,经历了起步、展开和初步建立社会主义市场经济体制三个阶段 ,期间理论和实践互相推动 ,逐步走出有中国特色的社会主义改革道路。其基本经验主要是 :第一 ,正确抓住了改革的时机和对改革作了正确的定性 ;第二 ,实行全面协调渐进的改革战略 ;第三 ,有效、妥善地处理改革中几个重要关系 ,即改革、发展、稳定三者之间的关系 ;经济改革与政治改革的关系 ;物质文明建设与精神文明建设的关系 ;借鉴外国经验与从我国国情出发的关系。
The special historical conditions and background have made China carry out her reforms and open policy and three stages can be tracked down in the mainline of the transition from the planed economy to the market economy.During the process,the interaction between theory and practice has pushed China on the socialist road of her own style.The basic experiences are as follows:1,grasp the good time for reformes and define its nature exactly;2,implement the gradual reconcilliation reform strategy as a whole;3,handle the important relations in the reforms effectively and properly,that is,the relations among reforms,development and stability,the relation between economic reforms and political reforms and the relations between material civilization and spirit civilization as well as the relations between the introduction of foreign experiences and the real conditions of our country.
