摘要
《孙子兵法》具有丰富的“论将”智慧 ,其“利国保民”的价值取向、“智信仁勇严”的“为将五德”和“将有五危”的性格缺陷等思想内容 ,对于塑造现代企业家的价值理念、提高企业家道德情操、树立企业家的“静以幽 ,正以治”的大将风度 ,都是不可或缺的文化资源 。
There are the ideas of “on general” in the Book of The Art of War by Sunzi which corsists of defending people and benefiting a nation and being a general of five virtues of “wisdom, faithfulness, kindness, bravery and strictness” and the flaw of “five defects” of a general character. The above-mentioned ideas are the cultural source to nurture the value concept and moral sentiment and to extablish the styles of “pondering in still” and “managing in operation” of modern entrepreneurs. It is of great significance of revelation.
