摘要
研制了波长为800—810nm线列阵二极管激光器,脉冲输出功率50mW。泵浦单块Nd:YAG固体振荡器,得到1.06μm激光输出。脉冲能量为0.1μJ、起伏小于0.5%,斜率效率为24%。泵浦阈值功率为3.9mW,与计算结果一致。
A diode laser array radiated at 800-810nm was manufactured.The pulsed output power is 50mW. Using the LD array to pump a mono lithic Nd:YAG resonator, the Ir.ser output at 1.06μm was obtained. Pulsed energy is about 0.1μJ and the fluctuation is less than 0.5%. The slope efficiency is 24%.End pumped threshold is 3.9mW,It is agreement with the calculated value.
