摘要
目的 探讨胫腓骨骨折交锁髓内钉术后感染的预防与治疗方法。方法 对 12例术后感染的病例进行回顾性分析 ,3例经过抗菌素治疗 ,9例经过闭式滴注引流加抗菌素治疗。结果 全部病例获随访 ,随访时间 10个月～ 2年 ,感染控制 ,骨折愈合。结论 对胫骨交锁髓内钉术后感染的病人 ,不必急于取出内固定 。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of post operative infection following interlocking nail fixation in fractures of tibia.Methods 12 cases were analyzed retrospectively, 3 cases were treated by using antibiotics, the others were treated by using closed drainage plus antibiotics.Results The follow up period extended from 10 months to 24 months and all 12 cases were observed till the infections were healed and fractures united.Conclusion The interlocking nail needn't be removed immediately. The post operative infection following interlocking nail fixation in fractures of tibia is preferred to use closed drainage with additional antibiotics treatment.
