非线性干涉滤光片(NLIF)研究的国内外发展状况

摘要 本文回顾了国内外对作为光双稳器件的非线性干涉滤光片的研究历史及发展状况。众所周知,真空蒸镀的光学薄膜的非线性性质比大块材料的要大得多。对比了世界上的所有结果,确知目前这类器件的最低开启能量密度巳达600pJ/μm^2,最快的响应时间仅20ps。在美国,NLIF作为反馈、阈值判定执行元件已被应用于人工视觉-光神经网络的初级系统——光学关联存储系统。 The history and development of investigation on nonlinear interference filter as the optical bistable device are reviewed here. It was well known that the thermal refractive nonlinearity of evaporated films is much larger than that of the bulk materials. After comparing with the results all over the world, it can he seen that the lowest switch-on energy density of NLIF is about 600pJ/μm^2, and the fastest resonance of the device is about 20ps. In America, the NLIF has been used as feedback and decision-making element in the cross-correlation memorying system, which is the primary one of vission and neural network.
