摘要
该方法将原始故障信号进行最优小波包分解 ,利用最小Shannon熵[1] 准则将子信号中能量比重较大的部分提取出来 ,作为故障特征 ,然后经过重构 ,得到表征故障特征的清晰的轴心轨迹。最后 ,举例说明其应用。
A method using optimal wavelet packet based on Shannon entropy is proposed to extract failure signal from vibration signal of rotor orbit. In order to get the main block of the original signal, decomposed signals must be arranged according to ‘energy’. Finally, clear orbit can be reconstructed using only the main frequency pieces, and the others discarded. Some examples are given and the result shows this method is efficient.
