摘要
作者对某型机车柴油机钢顶球铁裙组合活塞进行静载荷下的应变及应力的试验研究 ,详细分析了组合活塞在螺栓连接工况和油压加载模拟工况下钢顶和球铁裙关键部位的静应变及应力情况 ,并进行了静强度安全校核 。
The experimental study on static strain and stress of a steel crown and graphite cast iron skirt composite-piston under static load has been carried out. The static strain and stress at key positions under the both conditions of bolts fastening and oil pressure application simulation are analyed. The safety verification of static strength is examined. These provide the practical reference for further improving structure design of such a piston and increasing the reliability of design method.
