摘要
电磁阀溢流控制式脉动喷油系统主要指的是电控单体泵、电控泵喷嘴、电控分配泵和电控泵 -管 -阀 -嘴等 4种系统。这些系统具有相同的工作机理。在建立此类新系统物理模型的基础上 ,通过使用MATL AB软件 ,建立了系统的仿真数学模型。根据该模型 ,对系统进行了计算机辅助仿真计算。与喷射系统的油泵台试验结果对照表明 ,使用该模型可以方便灵活地对系统参数进行优化匹配 。
Solenoid-controlled jerk-pump fuel injection systems mainly include electronic unit pump system,electronic unit injector system,electronic distributor pump system electronic pump-pipe-valve-injector fuel injection system.They are all electromagnetic spill controll systems and same operation principle.Based on a physical model of this kind of systems and using MATLAB software,a simulation model is established.Computer aided simulation calculation of the systems has been carried out based on the model.The experimental results indicate that this model can conveniently optimize their parameter and provide an effective tool for the further development of these systems.
