摘要
本研究采用四种不同初凝时间的建筑石膏 ,掺入S型石膏缓凝剂 ,进行了初凝时间的试验。试验结果表明 ,所用建筑石膏的初凝时间愈快 ,掺有S型缓凝剂后其初凝时间差愈大。所以 ,初凝时间差不宜作为石膏缓凝剂的缓凝效果指标。本文根据试验结果的统计分析 ,提出了S型石膏缓凝剂的缓凝效果指标及其检测方法。
In this study,tests for initial setting time of plaster are conducted by adopting plaster with 4 different initial setting times and by adding S type retarder for plaster.The test results show that the quicker the initial set of plaster the greater the difference between the initial setting times of the plaster with addition of S type retarder.Therefore,it is not appropriate to use the difference between the initial setting times as the index of the retarding effect of the retarder for plaster.The index of the retarding effect of S type retarder for plaster and its detecting methods are presented in this paper on the basis of the statistical analysis of the test results.
