摘要
综述了热分析在Al-Si合金熔体质量评估、特别是在细化、变质效果测评方面应用的发展历程 ,分析了目前所用热分析技术的特点 ,对铸造铝合金熔体质量热分析的发展方向作了预测 ,并提出了 1种冷却曲线模式识别和合金熔体质量综合评估的新技术 .在该方法中 ,系统将来自热分析、成分分析、金相分析及力学性能的结果组成一定结构的数据库 .当数据库中积累了足够不同质量指标的记录 ,便可形成测评的依据 .当一新的热分析测试结果输入时 ,计算机便利用综合偏差法迅速地在已有数据库中找出与该冷却曲线最相近者 ,利用所找出曲线的细化。
The progress of thermal analysis technique in the application of Al-Si alloy melt quality assessment was reviewed, especially for the evaluation of the effect of microstructure refinement and modification. The characteristics of current thermal analysis technique were discussed and the trends of development were proposed. A new technique, which has the peculiarity of artificial intellectual recognition of cooling curves and comprehensive assessment of liquid alloy quality, was brought forward. In this new method, a database is formed by the results coming from cooling curves and many properties relating to each thermal analysis curve such as composition, the final as cast structure and the mechanical properties can be predicted. When the database is sufficient, the refinement and modification of liquid Al-Si alloys can be predicted by the specific features of a cooling curve. In addition, a comparative deviation parameter is developed to compare the cooling curves.
