摘要
本文应用TEM ,XRD和EDAX等技术 ,系统研究了SiO2 MgO Al2 O3 F系玻璃陶瓷的析晶过程。结果表明 :在玻璃熔体的冷却过程中 ,由于弛豫作用而形成晶核 ,在随后的热处理过程中 ,中间相Mg2 FBO3 和KAlSiO4 以此核为中心析出 ;氟的存在促进了晶体的整体析出 。
The crystallization of glass ceramics in SiO 2 MgO Al 2O 3 F system were studied by the techniques og XRD, TEM and EDAX. The results showed that in the glass system that we have studied the nucleus of crystal had formed when the melting of glass was cooled. And then the intermediate crystals, Mag\-2FBO\-3 and KAlSiO\-4 began to grow from the previously formed nuclei with heat treatment. The contents of fluorine were the causes of crystallization throughout the bulk of the glass and the major crystalline phase, fluorophlogopite (KMg\-3AlSi\-3O\- 10 F\-2)were precipitated at the boundary of the intermediate crystals.
