化瘀解毒汤对肾间质纤维化大鼠细胞外基质的作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :探讨化瘀解毒汤对肾间质纤维化大鼠细胞外基质 (ECM)作用。方法 :采用单侧输尿管梗阻 (U UO)法诱导肾间质纤维化动物模型 ,以免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠肾间质组织 4种 ECM成分 (FN及 、 、 型胶原 ) ,并作统计学分析 ,且作相关肾组织学检查。结果 :模型组及各治疗组大鼠 4种 ECM成分面积比较正常对照组明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。;各治疗组大鼠 ECM面积比较模型组明显减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;各治疗组中中药预防组大鼠 ECM面积比最低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;中药低剂量组大鼠 ECM面积比最高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;中药高剂量组、苯那普利组大鼠 ECM面积比无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。各治疗组大鼠肾组织学检查较模型组有改善。结论 :化瘀解毒汤可抑制肾间质 ECM的增生和积聚 。 Objective:To study the effect of Huayu Jiedu Tang on extra celluar matrix(ECM)of renal interstitial fibrosis in rats.Methods:The rat renal interstitial fibrosis model was produced with unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO).Four ECM compositions(FN、collagen Ⅰ、collagen Ⅲ and collagen Ⅳ) of rat renal interstitial histology were detected with immunohistochemical methods.The data were treated statistically.Correlated renal tissue was detected.Results:The surface area ratio of four ECM compositions in model and all cure rats ( P<0 05).The surface area ratio of ECM in all cure rats was obviouly lower than that of model rats ( P<0 05).The ECM surface area ratio of Traditional Chinese Material(TCM) prevent rats was the lowest in all cure rats( P<0 05).The ECM surface arda ratio of TCM low dose rats was the highest in all cure rats ( P<0 05).The ECM surface area ratio of TCM high dose and benazepril rast showed no significant difference ( P>0 05).The renal histology detected results of all cure rats were better than that of model rats.Conclusion:HuaYu JieDu tang could inhibit the proliferation and accumulation of ECM in renal interstice and prevent renal interstitial fibrosis.
