摘要
依法治教是促使中国民办教育管理转向制度化的关键 ,当前应尽快地树立正确的法律价值观 ,制定和实施民办学校法 。
Educational pursuit in accordance with the law is the key to systemizing the management of the education run by the local people. At present, a correct view of the value of law must soon be fostered; a law governing the private schools must be made; the function of judicial relief and judicial supervision must be intensified.
