摘要
本文介绍用三块Z80CPU实现的数控机的硬件和软件。数控分成三部分:①插补计算及步进电机控制;②键盘编程输入及控制、数控语言解释、通讯控制及机床接口控制;③图形、数控程序及坐标显示器。各部分通过PIO连接,由一块Z80CPU控制实现各部分之间并行处理。
This paper introduces the hardware and software of a NC machine realized by three Z80 CPU. The CNC is divided into three parts: ① interpolation computing and Step—motor control. ②NC program mput and control by keyboard, explantion of NC program, the control of communication and machine interface. ③The display terminal for graph、 NC program and coordination. Each part is connected by a PIO and is controlled by a Z80, so parallel processing among three parts is realizedl.
