摘要
本文通过粗略分析、对比试验表明:采用VMOSFET作为步进电机驱动电源后,可简化线路,提高效率、高频出力、可靠性和性能/价格比,特别适用在高速数控、高细分场合。
Through some analysis and experiments, this paper presents such results, using VMOSFET in the driving source of step moter can simplify circuits and improve moment of high frequency, ratio of performance to price, efficiency and reliability, which is especially adopted for the applications of digital control with high speed and high ministep.
