摘要
用 Nd∶ YAG脉冲激光烧蚀 Al靶获得等离子体 ,脉冲能量固定在 1 45m J/pulse。用 Ar作环境气体 ,压强固定在 1 0 k Pa。利用时空分辨技术 ,采集了垂直于靶面方向上 ,即等离子体轴向 ,离靶面 0 .1 mm、0 .5mm、1 .0 mm、1 .5mm、2 .0 mm位置处等离子体发光光谱。基于各点 Ar+辐射时间分布 ,详细分析了 Ar+辐射轴向分布规律 。
The plasmas were obtained with Nd∶YAG pulsed laser beam ablating aluminum,with the energy of a pulse set up to 145mJ.Ar was used as protecting gas,with the pressure set up to 10kPa.With timeand space resolved technique,the radiative spectra of the plasmas at 0.1mm,1.0mm,1.5mm,2.0mm in front of the surface of the target,along Z axes,were acquired.Based on the time profile of Ar + radiating,the space distribution of Ar + radiating along Z axes was analyzed in detail by contrast,and the mechanism of the profile was suggested.
