摘要
描述了一种新的海面统计模型———非稳态的未充分生成海谱 .在相似条件下分析了未充分生成海谱与充分生成海谱的异同 .利用双尺度方法比较了两种状态下海面的电磁散射 ,并讨论了特征斜率、峰值波数对海面雷达散射系数的影响 .
The nonfully developed sea model, a new statistical model of the ocean surface, is described. The comparison between the fully and nonfully developed sea spectra is analyzed under similar conditions, where both are valid. The two scale scatter method is applied to a numerical calculation for the two sea models, and the influence of two parameters, the significant slope and the peak wave number on the radar cross section is discussed.
