摘要
考查了正常人体皮肤范围内pH在不同浓度乙醇、二甲基亚砜水溶液以及中药薄荷水提物中对酪氨酸酶活性作用的影响。实验结果表明酪氨酸酶在pH5 8~ 7 0之间对黑色素合成催化活性较高 ,其中pH在 6 8时活性最大 ;不同浓度乙醇和二甲基亚砜水溶液对酶活性均呈浓度依赖性抑制 ;而薄荷水提物对酶活性呈剂量依赖性激活作用。在实验浓度范围内酶激活率达 164 8% ;薄荷水提物对酶动力学曲线说明 ,该中药水提物中含有的活性物对酪氨酸酶具有竞争性和非竞争性双重性激活作用。研究结果对美白。
Tyrosinase is a major enzyme which controls the speeds of melanin biosynthesis.The pH within the physiology limit,the different concentration ehanol、DMSO solution and the water extracts of Mentha haplocalyx Briq on activity of tyrosinase were tested in this paper.The experimental results indicated that the tyrosinase had higher activity within pH 5 8~7 0 and highest at pH 6 8.The different concentration ethanol,DMSO solutions showed a dose dependent down regulation to activity of tyrosinase;But the water extract of Mentha haplocalyx Briq showed a dose dependent significant up regulation to activity of tyrosinase.The activated ratio was 164 8 %.The water extract of Mentha haplocalyx Briq vs tyrosinase kinetic enzyme curves indicated that the water extracts have doubled the competitive and noncompetitive activation.The study results will afford theory direction and technical support to the production of cosmetics with white making or Black Hair foundation.
