摘要
本文介绍一种在数控车床上,利用变进给断屑机理和机床本身的数字控制功能使刀具实现变进给运动而达到断屑的技术,并通过理论分析找出了在数控车床上进行车削时的可靠断屑条件为c′=k/n,最后又在WJC-01型经济数控车床上加工圆柱体,圆锥体及成形体试件得到了实验和验证。
The paper describes a chip-breaking method through the variation of feeds in a numerically controlled lathe. A reliable condition: c'=k/n for chip - breaking is deduced through theoretical analysis. Making use of this method, the above prediction has been experimentally verified by machining cylindrical, conical as well as formed surfaces on a numerically controlled lathe WJC-01
