在论述知识经济的含义和基本特征的基础上 ,从加强高校图书馆使命感、紧迫感、危机感 ,更新观念 ,加强信息意识和信息能力 ,建设高素质、稳定的图书馆队伍 ,抓网络化建设 ,重视数据库建设 ,开发智力资源 。
Preceded with a discussion on the implication and characteristics of Knowledge Economy,the thesis explores the following solutions by which to adapt university libraries to the Age of Knowledge Economy:brainwashing in terms of unprecedented sense of duty,promptness and insecurity;reinforcing data sense and data competence;building up high-quality and consolidated library staff and facilities,network perfection;database construction;exploring human intelligence resource; and further library science research.
