摘要
市场经济是法制经济 ,在法制社会中对法律纠纷的处理需要一种人员———法务会计人员参与 ,以提供处理案件的有力证据。作为高等会计教育要适应市场经济的需要 ,就应培养法务会计人才。
The Market-oriented economy is also the legal systematical ecnomy.In the legal society the forensic accounting talents are needed to solve disputes in the accounting laws and to offer the evidences for mediating a case.The higher accounting education should meet the needs of the market-oriented economy and foster the qualified talents of the forensic accounting.
