鹿茸提取物和人参皂甙对衰老细胞的琥珀酸脱氢酶和多糖含量的影响 被引量:18

摘要 应用细胞化学和显微分光光度术 ,比较研究了鹿茸提取物对人胚肺成纤维细胞中琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)和多糖 (PSR)含量的影响。结果表明 :鹿茸提取物能显著增加年轻细胞中SDH和PSR的含量 ,对衰老细胞的影响较小。而人参皂甙则能显著增加衰老细胞中PSR的含量 ,对年轻细胞有降低含量的作用 。 Using the methods of cytochemistry and microspectrophotometry,the effect of hairy antler extract (HAE) and ginseng saponin (GS) on these contents of Succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) and polysaccharide (PSR) in human embryonic lung fibroblasts were determined.The results suggested that contents of SDH and PSR were increased significantly in younger cells but increased insignificantly in aging cells with HAE.The contents of PSR was inceased significantly in aging cells but decreased significantly in younger cells with GS.The contents of SDH was increased significantly both younger and aging cells with GS.
