摘要
研究了纳米级CaCO3 粒子的微观形态 ,以及纳米CaCO3/PVC共混体系的流变性能和力学性能。结果表明 ,纳米CaCO3 加入量为 9质量份时 ,纳米CaCO3/PVC共混体系的缺口冲击强度可达到 31 4kJ/m2 。纳米Ca CO3
The morphology of nano particles of calcium carbonate, rheological and mechanical properties of nano CaCO 3/PVC blend are investigated. The experimental results show that the impact strength of 31 4kJ/m 2 of nano CaCO 3/PVC blend can be attained when the blending ratio is of nano CaCO 3/PVC=9/100(mass ratio). The ductility of PVC is increased considerably by the addition of nano CaCO 3.
