摘要
分析了先进制造模式的概念和特征 ,提出了先进制造模式的分类准则并对其进行了分类整理 ,认为企业实施先进制造模式必须认真分析其所处的环境、所确定的战略和所采用的技术以及组织管理体系是否协调 。
Define the conception of advanced manufacturing mode (AMM), discuss its characters;and classify the modes by review of 63 modes; presented the integrated structure of AMM. The implementation of advanced manufacturing mode must based on the coordination of the environment, strategy, technology and management system of the corporations. Companies must analysis its situation, core competition, weakness etc., and adopted suitable AMM.
