摘要
在国内外首次利用现代生物学技术探索了微生物引起的变压器油介质损耗因数升高、绝缘下降的电工学学科理论和技术问题 ;利用自制的选择培养基 ,成功地在变压器油中分离出微生物。发现变压器绝缘油存在较强的生物氧化 。
It is first discussed that electrotechnical theory and technical question which tan δ increases and the level of insulation decreases are led to microorganism in transformer oil. The microorganism is successful separated from the oil with self made optional nutrient medium. The conclusion is shown that the stronger ability of biological oxidization is existed in oil and the charged bacteria and polarity in metabolic process directly affect on the characteristic of insulation.
