2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,国家创新系统方法已经成为用系统方法研究创新对经济增长影响的一个重要理论框架。弗里曼、纳尔逊等人从各自的研究领域完善了国家创新系统理论 ,国家创新系统方法在经济合作与发展组织 ( OECD)
Since the 1990s,the National System of Innovation theory has become an important theoretical framework in the study of the influence of innovation on economic growth. Some economists represented by C. Freeman and R. Nelson have improved the NSI theory in their research work respectively. And greater achievements have been made in the application of national innovation system approach among OECD member countries.
